Who are Suited & Booted?
Suited and Booted are a charity based in London that helps unemployed, low-income and vulnerable men get back into employment through suitable interview clothing donations. They also offer interview advice and mentoring.
In their first year, they helped 800 men for their job interview by providing them with a suit, shirt and tie, and accessories.
Our job at Alder & Green is to help men feel and look their best by finding their perfect fit and creating garments that can last a lifetime. We are in the business to ensure men look and feel sharp, by crafting formal garments responsibly.
Social impact is a big part of our business. We have partnered with Suited & Booted to ensure we can continue to support the mission of dressing men with style, quality and great fit without costing the planet.
How do we get involved?
We are encouraging our community of men to consider donating formalwear of high-quality, but no longer in use from shirts, suits, ties, cufflinks, shoes and trousers. We will be using our Lambs Conduit Store as a hub to collect donations, which we will send to Suited & Booted. The team has already donated a large amount of their personal wardrobe to the cause and we would love to see our Alder men get involved.
Please bring in your high quality garments for donation and we will offer you an in-store discount that you can use across our range.
