We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
UK: Our Products are delivered in a branded Alder & Green recycled cardboard box and will contain a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label. To return the product, please attach the prepaid label to the re-sealable Alder & Green box and send it to the address listed. Alternatively, you can use other packaging if required.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
LocalFit: Size & Fit Returns/Exchanges
For customers in London, if you are not satisfied with your size or fit we will come to a location that suits you to measure you and alter your garment locally. This will ensure you get a bespoke fit but will also reduce waste, returns and the carbon footprint of our garments. Our garments are designed to be timeless, we want to ensure that you have a shirt that you will love for years to come. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your details to avail of this service and we'll take care of the rest.
Note: it is only possible to alter a garment with existing material e.g. shorten the sleeve. Some items will need to be returned or exchanged if an alteration is not a viable option.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept a return if an item has been worn, washed or has been stained. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will always aim to be fair and try to help.
